For the price of this product I was expecting more. The 10 settings are fun but unless you are in a crowded club with the music pumping then it's way too loud to use discretely. You could use it by yourself but it doesn't quite have the oomph in the vibrations to put me over the edge.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
