Good product but mine was faulty within a month.

The wand is good when it works but within 1 month mine became faulty. Whenever the wand is held loosely or the head is touched against anything the vibrations transfer from the head of the wand to the whole handle, significantly weakening the vibrations. It occurs on all modes and is I think is a mechanical fault. I have requested a replacement of the same wand hopefully it works properly.
