Great sturdy ball gag with added holes for better breathing for those new to wearing it. Though the holes sometimes whistle, just a heads up.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
