There is nothing wrong with the gel. It's just my wife did not get any enjoyment out of it. She felt the tingling sensation was too cold feeling and intense.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
