These are really great - super fun and really adjustable. The velcro is really sturdy. The clips are great - you can clip the cuffs onto a variety of things. They let you get very creative! Also super comfortable on.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
