The harness is good but the dildo itself is hard and ridgey. Otherwise good purchase as can change dildo out for other ones with the different sized rings

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
