I bought this after getting one of the smaller 1/2 size versions first. This is extremely heavy in comparison and not particularly easy to use. It is great quality but hard to clean. Completely discreet packaging but heavy for the postie.

One thing I found with the realistic body part listings is it's hard to tell the weight of the item. Rest assured this has heft, like seriously! You're not throwing this one around like some floppy cock sleeve, it takes a bit to shift. Which is exactly what I was looking for.
The openings aren't super detailed - the vaginal entrance is a simple hole with no separate modelling of the vulva. The anus is similarly simple, but I guess coincidentally closer to the real thing. The channels themselves are textured to provide decent friction. I purchased this to largely satisfy an anal fixation so the lack of detail on the orifices always less of a concern, whereas the feeling of the butt cheeks and the internal channel are great.
The product photo showing the hands is a little misleading and the device is somewhat smaller in reality (or the model has tiny hands!) I am 6'2" and find this to be "quite petite" just bear that in mind if important to you.
As always, cleaning takes some care. If you have a douche tool, that could help on very low pressure, otherwise a good clean after each use is required - there are no removable sections for clarity! You'll want to stick to water based lube (I've been using Wet Stuff Gold) and buy some rejuv powder to keep everything fresh.
Overall, very satisfied.
First thing first, it feels amazing.
But this product is heavy, something like 5-8kg, and annoying to maneuver. Also being TPE, you have to clean it thoroughly and leave to dry for a while to prevent mould.
You should purchase a heating wand, cleaning supplies, something to wash the inside, and renewing powder. If you are very thorough with cleaning I would expect this to last a while but if you are rough and unhygienic, you will need to throw it out quickly.
The benefits of this product are the size and weight, feels Gahtdam amazing. many fun uses for it.
Only drawback is that it can be a bit tricky and a pain to clean but itโs not terribly hard. But just a heads up. Havenโt tried any products similar to this so canโt really compare but as a first off 10/10, great stuff ๐๐๐.
