Wanted to get something to move up from the Ns Novelties small plug - this one definitely is a lot bigger, so be aware of this if graduating between the two as I did. Material is still super soft and the value is pretty good (emoji is cute too!)

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
