Being our first crop purchase, I went with a wider end to spread out the impact a little. I'm glad I did because this one still produces quite the sting when used firmly, especially on my clit. Hubby has enjoyed using it on me while restrained and while not. Hours of fun for everyone! lol

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
