Kind of difficult to work out the settings and much bigger than I expected. My partner and I both struggle to work out which button to press and where the e-stim actually comes from.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
