This is made of TPR which isn't as good a material for internal use as silicone, but I used it with a condom to ensure cleanliness.
Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and feeling, and the fit too - it was perfect for me and felt good for my partner.
This isn't dauntingly large and would be suitable for an introduction to penis sleeves depending on the size of the user of course.
