Definitely didnt see any thickening in my dick but maybe taking the product name a bit literally? Has a nice heating sensation and absorbs well, with a nice smell too it. Just makes your dick feel warm.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
