I had 3 criteria for a bullet vibe - needed to be small enough to fit into a dildo for strapping on, it needed a remote so I can control it without having to awkwardly reach down and it had to be silicone for cleanliness and safety. Unfortunately, the battery opening is extremely difficult to open (not to mention opens the opposite way than what the instructions say) and the remote and vibe connect and turn on only sporadically. Not very impressed.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
