The fabric definitely isn't thick or strong enough to handle any kind of wear and tear as lace around neck area that ties together ripped off after second wear

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
