The rope wasn't very good quality and unraveled after the first couple of ties - falls into the 'you get what you pay for' category.
I must however applaud ATM for providing a great service in resolving the issue though.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
