Came with a different size inside from the outside (smaller) so it didn't fit together properly. Wrote and complained, told the other ones in the warehouse were like that and it was the design of the toy. Threw it away.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
