Tantus toys are always beautifully smooth and supple. The Infinity base and neck are designed for extended periods of wear without discomfort or fear of unintended dislodgement. The largest diameter of my Infinity Large is 37mm which applies to each bulge so in anal plug terms it is really only an intermediate toy. The large radius of the tip and ripple effect from the two bulges make it pleasureable to use however although some sphincter conditioning prior to use is advised.
