Was slightly disappointed that it wasn't pink and black as it looks in the photo but the leather is soft and made well, the ball is a little bigger than I expected but still small enough and the breathing holes are always vital.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
