Purchase this because of the thicker head and shaft. The foreskin being on is a little different to most other toys however it is rigidly attached and part of the toy rather than a secondary layer that has any movement in it. This toy is more on the harder end of the scale that I have played with. Definitely also one of the bigger and thicker ones I have used.
