Very good quality plug, and instant satisfaction. Took all 5 beads first time and what a feeling when the last one popped in, didn't know it could feel so good. Used it as soon as it arrived after only 3 days of ordering, and noticed the next morning a solid erection, cant wait to use it again and again.

This is a attractive-looking sex toy and while my urethra could only fit in the first three beads, it good after hard to get them in.

As a first time urethral plug user, I did my research on which would be the best to use. After reading reviews & watching videos I came to the conclusion that the surgical steel ones are best (making sure you look out for sharp bits & any odd metal shavings that shouldn't be there). I also came to the conclusion that starting out small is best (3-5mm). I liked the idea of this plug at the start because it seemed to have those features, with a few balls on it for extra sensation. However when I used it, I didn't realise how flat the head/tip is (which you can't really tell from the picture). Needless to say it was a little painful and I had to stop because I didn't want to tear anything. If I do try urethral sounding again after this painful experience, I would use one with a rounded tip. Wouldn't recommend this plug because of the flat tip. It was a good quality product and I'm sure it would feel amazing, but the flat head/tip completely ruined it for me unfortunately :-/
