So the harness design is great except for the fact that the traps are all to short. I'm a size 16 and could only for the waist strap. The leg straps were all to short.
Disappointed that with a strap on harness the manufacturer would decide to save money on the what is probably the cheapest part but most important.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
