It's quite the tingling sensation, a rather potent decesitiser. It felt hot for a bit but then just felt warm and nums things a bit which can be helpful to in certain situations.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
