My hot heart arrived yesterday and I have used it two nights in a row. Heats up very hot and is great on aches and pains. Stays hot for a decent amount of time and very easy to reheat and re-use! Thoroughly recommend it, great product.

My only (hopefully constructive) critisism of the web site is that many products have descriptions that lack important details relating to material of the toys and their dimensions.
