This was the first vibrator I ever bought and I've had it for just over a year now. The vibration levels are perfect for me and I really love the design of the toy-it is very easy to use. About 3 months in the cover on the adjustment (and on/off) switch came off but it was a quick fix, I just super glued it back on. A couple of weeks ago it randomly stopped working but I tried it again last night and it's working perfectly again. So overall, the quality of it isn't amazing (you get what you pay for) but it works very well, gets you to amazing orgasms and I'm seriously considering repurchasing when mine craps out!
For my own sensitivities, I found the vibrations to be just right - powerful but not overwhelming or uncomfortable. Of course everyones body is different, but I believe in general, at least one setting will please all except those that need earth shattering vibes. I love using the lower setting as a clit-teaser before going with higher in penetration for very complete pleasure sessions. Lovely.
